About your care

Consistent care through every step

Dr. Lauren McReynolds opened McReynolds Physical Therapy in 2017 to bring doctor-led rehabilitation to families in Edmonson County. As the need grew, she expanded to Albany so Clinton County patients could receive the same standard of care closer to home.

The work is personal, but it is also structured. Your therapist listens first, evaluates how you move, explains the findings in plain language, and builds treatment around the goals that matter to you.

Whether the goal is walking without fear of falling, returning after surgery, calming chronic pain, or rebuilding strength after illness, every visit should move you toward a clearer next step.

Patient-centered rehab

Care that connects the clinic to real life

Physical therapy works best when treatment is specific. A plan for a knee replacement should not feel the same as a plan for vertigo, back pain, balance problems, or a shoulder injury.

Listen firstWhat happened, what hurts, what feels limited, and what does success look like?
Treat with purposeHands-on care and exercise are matched to the condition, not used as a one-size-fits-all routine.
Build independencePatients leave with clear home guidance and a plan they can understand.
